Well, we're out. Out of the GameArena DC finals.
We were beaten by dD on Desertshield 123-87.
Was a slightly disappointing end to a fantastic season.

Well I promised I'd post the results.
*AUS* defeat DoW 299-0 on Basrahs Edge.
With that convincing win we progress to round 3 of the DC finals against DurkaDurka.
Round scores.
*AUS* start as opposition...
51-0 occassionally struggled to get outside the gate with some good defence.
*AUS* as coalition.
141-0 good solid flag cap
*AUS* back to opposition.
73-0 we broke through and held on to crashsite for the majority of the round. Some scarey moments coming from the Bradley attacks.
*AUS* opposition.
34-0 DoW showed what they were capable of, shame they left it to the last round, some amazing "back flag" attacks supported by some great tanking work.

Well no news in the last 3 weeks, why you may ask. Well I went on Holidays and no one else had much to say.
The Gamearena Desert Combat finals are under way and tonight is round 2 with *AUS* going up against DoW on Basrahs Edge. Should be a good match and I'll post results here the second its over.
The worst run competition is now over for us. The Gamearena BF2 $40,000 competition!
We are now eliminated, why? because only half the team was able to enter. We had 12 players on our team and were hoping to put more in but unfortunately to an "unknown technical dificulty" the teams became locked and no players could be added.
A little disappointing.
Anyway, lets hope the ladder is run a little better.
